Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We proudly ship worldwide. 

However, there are some countries where our logistic partners are unable to ship to. If your shipping address happened to be one of those countries, we will cancel and refund your order if you've placed an order with us.

Where do you ship from?
In order to fulfil orders worldwide, we have located our warehouse overseas, outside of the US for logistical efficiency.

When will you ship my item?
All items are subject to a processing time of 1-3 business days before they are dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking number/link for your order through email.

Please rest assure that we will do our very best to expedite the processing of your order, however, we kindly ask that consideration and time allowance be given to us during the peak season.

When will my order arrive?

US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, UAE & SG - estimated delivery time: 7-20 business days

Rest Of The World - estimated delivery time: 10-25 business days

The above are an average of our orders' delivery times. It may be longer than the above stated time depending on current conditions such as Covid restrictions, climate, customs clearance delays or any unforeseeable conditions that is uncontrollable by us.

If your order arrived after 45 business days (USA, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand) & 60 business days (other countries) of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase and the order is for you to keep.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. DoodliBook is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us we will be able to alter the address.

Is there a tracking number for my order?
Yes, tracking number is available for all orders. If you did not receive your tracking number in our shipping confirmation email, the tracking number is available upon request. Please mention your full name and order number to our customer service team at

What about possible import taxes, custom duties & fees?
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

DoodliBook does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to DoodliBook, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to DoodliBook.

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs duties, and/or fees when they arrived in your country.

What if I need an item faster? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays. 

If you need an item by a specific date, for a gift, for going on a trip, or you just simply want it faster... We'll be happy to see if we can accommodate.

Simply send us an email to BEFORE ordering to see if your chosen item is available for expedited shipping. If it is, we'll let you know if there is any additional cost to expedite, and we'll hook you up with the fast shipping you want.

Can I cancel/change my address/order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
