30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
You’ll also need your proof of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@doodlibook.com - we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Refunds can take a little time to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective.
If that’s the case, email us and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Return shipping
To return your product, please email us at support@doodlibook.com and we will provide you with a return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping costs may be deducted.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re unable to guarantee receipt of returned items.
Incorrect shipping details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to guarantee delivery. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
